Hey there TRAK students and families. You’re watching “The Loop,” Be sure to check your email every week for short video messages like the one your watching now to stay informed on the latest news and events. Now here are a few things happening at TRAK Academy this week.
Columbus Day
Just a reminder that this coming Monday is Columbus Day but TRAK Academy will be open as we only adhere the major holidays throughout the school year. So we will have lesson as normal next week and we will plan on seeing you then.
2016 Recitals
Our Fall and Winter recitals are just around the corner and many of your have interest in being a part of it. But there is only one way to register and that’s by visiting trakacademy.com/recitals and filling out the online enrollment. Seating and slots are limited and they will be taken at a first come, first serve basis. So don’t delay on this one get online today and register.
Lesson Cancellations
If you are sick or have an emergency, we will be happy to reschedule your lesson for you. Otherwise for all other non emergency cancellations, your instructor has reserved a time slot each week that you or your student can attend as an alternative. Remember that you have to schedule for these alternates lessons within 30 days of the original cancellation. To find out the time slot of= your particular instructor, email scheduling@trakacademy.com.
