CANCELLATION | MISSED LESSONS
TRAK offers group classes for pre-arranged cancelled lessons (with the exception of an emergency or sickness.) You must cancel your lesson within 24 hours of the the scheduled time through your student/family account and you will be automatically given a lesson credit which can be applied to open reschedule slots for your teacher. Lesson credits expire after 90 and there is a 4 credit limit per student.
EMERGENCY | SICKNESS
If you need to miss your lesson do to an emergency or sickness, call us at 817.565.9196 and we will work with you directly to reschedule.
TUITION FEES
Effective September 1, 2016 TRAK Academy will no longer accept checks, cash or payments on our website. We will only offer auto pay and process your credit card on file to cover your tuition fees.
Invoices are emailed 2 weeks prior to processing credit card payments, which will occur on the 1st of each month.
RECITAL FEES
Recital enrollments must be paid in advance. When you choose to participate in a recital, TRAK will use the credit card on file to cover your recital fees.
STUDENT WITHDRAWAL
If you decide to withdrawal or place your lessons on hold for any reason please notify our office coordinator as soon as possible. There are no fees to place your lessons on hold or to withdrawal, however, you may lose your preferred weekly time slot if you choose to return and any lesson credits you have accumulated. Once you notify us we will remove your credit card information on file.
