TRAK students are invoiced on the 15th of each month. Students have until the 25th of the month to advise us of any dates they will be absent for the coming month. We will do our best to accommodate the request or adjust the tuition accordingly. This request must be made by the 25th of the month.
There are 4 ways to submit a cancellation request:
- Reply to the invoice email you receive on the 15th.

Once tuition payments are processed, students have the following 2 options.
- Attend a group class*
- Choose to forfeit the lesson
NOTE: If an instructor is absent, TRAK will assign another instructor to teach your scheduled lesson or if you prefer, we will credit you for one lesson the following month.
*Group classes are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
